I’m enjoying my little side trip from Sydney to the Gold Coast. I stuffed it up a little because I had no idea Monday was a public holiday in Sydney and I’m heading back there tonight, but what can you do ?
Yesterday, Amy and I went for a stroll along the beach in Surfers Paradise, what an interesting place! There is a diverse mix of people from different places, ages, etc, but being a beach I would have to say that as always, the two broadest categories are those who should and those who shouldn’t wear revealing swimware (bikinis, speedos, nothing, etc).
The sun is still making me happy and I walked done the street with a smile on my face, I may even end up with a tan but more likely it will be burnt, peeling, blistered skin. Speaking of blisters and I bought a pair of “flip-flops” and wore them yesterday and now my feet hurt a bit, I think the lesson here is that I wear shoes and socks too much
